Conference Goal
To design an event that recognizes, honors and welcomes all participants – providing them with opportunities to reflect, refresh and network with peers; be exposed to the latest knowledge and issues facing philanthropy; and learn at least one new skill or resource to help them be more effective.
Who Is Eligible To Attend
Trustees and staff from any of the following Grantmaking organizations. Grantseekers are not eligible for attendance.
- Family Foundations
- Independent Grantmaking and Operating Foundations
- Community Foundations, their Affiliates and Donors
- Corporate Foundations and Giving Programs
- Public charities with grantmaking programs
- Banks and Trust Companies, consultants and legal counsel registered by the foundations they serve

Cancellation Policy
CMF will assess the following fees for cancellations:
• $50 for administrative costs or
• 75% of registration for all cancellations made after September 30 to cover meal and site costs
Substitutions may be made at no charge.
Non-Solicitation Policy
CMF policy prohibits conference participants and vendors from any form of solicitation of its members during the conference. This policy does not apply when a member explicitly invites a solicitation.
